Pattern: Deficiency of Yin and Yang with flaring up of Ming Men Fire

Key Symptoms: Menopausal symptoms such as hypertension, menstrual irregularity, hot flushes, sweating, nervousness, fatigue, lassitude, depression, irritability, insomnia, palpitations, urinary frequency



Ingredients
Xian Mao 6-15g
Yin Yang Huo 9-15g
Ba Ji Tian 9g
Huang Bai 4.5-9g
Zhi Mu 4-5-9g
Dang Gui 9g



Preparation: Decoction.

Actions: Warms the Kidney Yang, tonifies the Kidney Jing, drains Fire from the Kidneys, regulates the Ren and Chong Mai
