Pattern: Sequalae of Exterior Wind-Cold where Dryness remains, or Lung Painful Obstruction with Dryness of the bowel

Key Symptoms: Abdominal urgency, despondency, painful obstruction of the chest, pain in the diaphragmatic area, incomplete bowel movements
Secondary Symptoms: Dry clumping accompanied by abdominal pain

Tongue: White and yellow coating, sore to the touch
Pulse: Submerged, excessive and small on the right while wiry, small and rough on the left

Preparation: Decoction.

Actions: Unblocks stagnation, directs Qi downward with acrid and slippery herbs
