Pattern: Qi and Blood Deficiency

Key Symptoms: Pallod or sallow complexion, reduced appetite, easily fatigued extremities, lightheadedness, dizziness
Secondary Symptoms: Palpitations, anxiety, shortness of breath, laconic speech, lowered vitality

Tongue: Pale body, thin white coat
Pulse: Thin and frail or large and deficient, without strength
Abdomen: Weak and soft


Ingredients
Ren Shen 3-9g
Bai Zhu 9g
Fu Ling 9-15g
Zhi Gan Cao 5g
Shu Di Huang 15g
Bai Shao 9-15g
Dang Gui 9g
Chuan Xiong 5g
Sheng Jiang 6sl
Da Zao 4pc



Preparation: Decoction. Also known as Women's Precious Pills if ground into powder and formed into pills.

Actions: Tonifies and augments the Qi and Blood

Contraindications: Excess conditions
