Pattern: Running Piglet Qi: Cold in the Lower Jiao accumulating in the Kidneys, obstructing the Ming Men which bursts through periodically creating a surge of Qi upwards

Key Symptoms: Periumbilical palpitations followed by an upsurge of Qi from the abdomen to the sternum.
Secondary Symptoms: Cold limbs and body

Tongue: White and greasy coat
Pulse: Wiry and tight


Ingredients
Chuan Lian Zi 30g
Fu Ling 45g
Ju He 45g
Li Zhi He 24g
Xiao Hui Xiang 21g
Mu Xiang 21g



Preparation: Cooked with sugar and formed into pills. 6g taken with salted water.

Actions: Dispels Cold, directs rebelliousness downwards, warms the Yang, regulates the Qi
