Ingredients
Bu Gu Zhi 30g
Shu Di Huang 30g
Sheng Di Huang 30g
Tian Men Dong 30g
Mai Men Dong 30g
Ren Shen 30g
Dang Gui 30g
Chuan Xiong 30g
Bai Shao 30g
Fu Ling 30g
Bai Zi Ren 30g
Sha Ren 30g
Shi Chang Pu 30g
Yuan Zhi 30g
Mu Xiang 15g
Bai Jiu 2.6L

Subsitutions:
Bai Jiu (white alcohol) traditionally means distilled rice wine but can be substituted with any clear 40% spirit.



Preparation: Grind the herbs and place them in a jar with 2.6L of alcohol and place on a fire to boil. Allow to cool, remove the dregs and store for use. Take 10-20ml warm at no fixed schedule.

Actions: Supplements the Qi and Blood, nourishes the Heart and Kidneys, fortifies the Spleen and Stomach, boosts the aged.

Contraindications: Damp-Heat conditions and long term use due to the harmful effects on continuous alcohol consumption.
