Ingredients
Bie Xue Ban Chai Hu
Jiu Chao Huang Qin
Zhi Ban Xia
Sheng Di Huang
Shui Niu Jiao
Mu Dan Pi
Tao Ren
Shan Zha
Zhi Gan Cao
Sheng Jiang

Subsitutions:
In the UK Shui Niu Jiao must be substituted for Xuan Shen and Huang Lian in a 3:1 ratio.

The processing of Chai Hu in this formula is also not possible (treated with turtle blood) so additional herbs to focus the effects deeper in the body and prevent depletion of Yin may be appropriate.

Actions: Harmonises and releases Shaoyang disorders, cools and nourishes the Blood, dispels stasis and disperses clumps
