Pattern: Kidney and Heart Qi deficiency

Key Symptoms: Frequent urination (sometimes to the point of incontinence), urine the colour of rice water (gray and cloudy)
Secondary Symptoms: Spermattorhoea, disorientation, forgetfulness

Tongue: Pale with white coating
Pulse: Thin, slow and frail

Sang Piao Xiao 9-12g
Long Gu 12-30g
Ren Shen 9-12g
Fu Shen 9-12g
Yuan Zhi 3-6g
Shi Chang Pu 6-9g
Zhi Gui Ban 9-15g
Dang Gui 6-9g

In the UK several substitutions must be made. Some suggestions are:
Sang Piao Xiao == Tu Si Zi + Qian Shi
Long Gu == Bai Shao Yao + Wu Wei Zi
Gui Ban == Han Lian Cao + Nu Zhen Zi

Preparation: Decoction.

Actions: Regulates and tonfies the Heart and Kidneys, stabilises the Essence, stops leakage

Contraindications: Incontinence due to vigorous Fire in the Lower Jiao or Damp-Heat
