Key Symptoms: Fever, profuse sweating, irritability, thirst, dark and scanty urine, fatigued limbs, shortness of breath, apathy

Pulse: Deficient and rapid



Ingredients
Xi Yang Shen 4-5-6g
Xi Gua 24-30g
Lian Geng 12-15g
Shi Hu 12-15g
Mai Men Dong 6-9g
Dan Zhu Ye 4.5-6g
Zhi Mu 4.5-6g
Huang Lian 2-3g
Gan Cao 2-3g
Jing Mi 12-15g



Preparation: Decoction. The source text does not specify dosages.

Actions: Clears Summerheat, augments the Qi, nourishes the Yin and generates fluids

Contraindications: Summerheat Dampness due to the large number of moistening, yin nourishing and cloying herbs.
