Fang Feng 21g
Bai Zhu 19.5g
Shi Gao 15g
Huang Qin 15g
Jie Geng 15g
Shu Di Hiang 15g
Tian Ma 15g
Ren Shen 15g
Qiang Huo 15g
Du Huo 15g
Zhi Zi 9g
Lian Qiao 7.5g
Jing Jie 15g

Subsitutions:
Several substitutions are necessary in the UK. Some suggestions are:
Hua Shi == Chi Fu Ling + Ze Xie
Shi Gao == Zhi Mu
Mang Xiao == Zhi Shi + Yu Li Ren
Xi Xin == Gui Zhi + Qiang Huo (larger dose)
Quan Xie == Gou Teng + Tian Zhu Huang
