Pattern: Spleen and Heart Qi and Blood deficiency

Key Symptoms: Palpitations, forgetfulness, restlessness at night, feverishness, reduced appetite, fatigue, cough, shortness of breath, dyspnoea on exertion, weight loss, dry skin, dry mouth and throat
Secondary Symptoms: Chronic non-healing sores

Tongue: Pale
Pulse: Thin and frail

Ren Shen 3g
Bai Zhu 3g
Fu Ling 2.5g
Shu Di Huang 2.5g
Bai Shao 9g
Dang Gui 3g
Huang Qi 3g
Rou Gui 3g
Chen Pi 3g
Wu Wei Zi 2.5g
Chao Yuan Zhi 1.5g
Zhi Gan Cao 3g
Sheng Jiang 3sl
Da Zao 2pc



Preparation: Decoction.

Actions: Augments the Qi, tonifies the Blood, nourishes the Heart, calms the Shen

Contraindications: Qi and Blood deficiency with pronounced Cold



Notes:
This is an evolution of Shi Quan Da Bu Tang, which is itself based on Ba Zhen Tang.
