Pattern: Cold-Dampness encumbering the Spleen, or Food Stagnation obstructing the Qi dynamic of the Middle Jiao

Key Symptoms: Loss of appetite with a desire to lie down with curled up limbs, abdominal fullness and distention, acid reflux, nausea and diarrhoea

Tongue: Pale with white coat
Pulse: Soft, relaxed

Hou Po 9g
Chen Pi 9g
Gan Cao 9g
Ban Xia 9g
Fu Ling 15g
Shan Zha 15g
Shen Qu 15g
Mai Ya 15g

Preparation: Decoction.

Actions: Dries Dampness and promotes the transporting function of the Spleen, eliminates Food Stagnation, transforms accumulations.
