Pattern: Impaired vision due to Liver and Kidney Blood and Jing deficiency with Dampness

Key Symptoms: Impaired vision where there is difficulty seeing into the distance while close up vision remains relatively unimpaired.

Tu Si Zi 240g
Chu Shi Zi 240g
Gou Qi Zi 60g
Che Qian Zi 60g
Han Shui Shi 90g
Wu Wei Zi 60g
Chong Wei Zi 180g
San Qi 15g
Zi He Che 9g
Mu Gua 6g

In the UK some of the ingredients need to be substituted:
Zi He Che == Nu Zhen Zi + Han Lian Cao or other Yin Tonics
Han Shui Shi == Jue Ming Zi (also clears Heat and benefits the eyes, and maintains the theme of using seeds)

Preparation: Ground into powder and made into pills with honey. 30g taken per day with warm water.

Actions: Tonifies the Blood and essence, regulates water metabolism, clears the Liver and brightens the eyes
