Subsitutions:
In the UK several ingredients must be substituted. These include:

Fu Zi == Xian Mao + Rou Gui or Gan Jiang (Gui Zhi is already in the formula so Gan Jiang makes most sense)
Zhe Chong == E Zhu + Ru Xiang
Shan Jia == Mu Dan Pi
Zi Ran Tong == Xu Duan (or Du Zhong as Xu Duan already in the formula)

In addition Ma Huang is limited to 1.8g per day taken in 0.6g doses 3x daily so it may be supplemented with Jing Jie and Zi Su Ye if necessary.

Preparation: Decoction.

Actions: Supplements the Kidney and dispels Cold, transforms Dampness and expels Wind, invigorates the Blood and free the Luo Vessels, strengthens the Sinews and Bones

Notes:
The translation of this formula is taken from Jiao Shu-De's book in English although it more literally translates as "Kidney Supplementing, Cold Dispelling, Cure the Lame Decoction"
