Bu Yi Qi Guan Jiu

Supplement and Boost Lycium and Cinnamon Wine

Ingredients

Gou Qi Zi 150g
Rou Gui 200g
Bai Jiu 1.3L

Subsitutions:
Bai Jiu (white alcohol) traditionally means rice wine but can be substituted with any other high strength spirit.


Preparation: Place the herbs in a large jar with 1.3L of alchohol for 14 days. Take 20ml twice per day.


Actions: Nourishes the Heart and Fortifies the Kidneys, strengthens the Will and calms the Shen.

Contraindications: Damp-Heat conditions, pregnancy and long term in the young and middle aged use due to the harmful effects on continuous alcohol consumption.
