Ingredients

Dang Gui
Huang Qi
Mo Yao
Chuan Xiong
Cang Zhu
Jing Jie
Bo He
Shu Di Huang
Qiang Huo
Ju Hua
Ma Huang

Subsitutions:
The original text says that for individuals with a lot of Qi and Blood should omit Chuan Xiong.


Preparation: Take equal amounts and grind into powder and make into large pills with honey. After each meal chew one pill fine, and swallow with green tea, three times a day.


Actions: Expels Wind-Dampness, warms and tonifies Spleen Yang, brightens the eyes.
