Pattern: Blood Stasis from traumatic injury from a fall or beating without open wounds

Key Symptoms: Pain and bruising


Ingredients

Dang Gui 15g
Ze Xie 15g
Chuan Xiong 9g
Hong Hua 9g
Tao Ren 9g
Mu Dan Pi 9g
Su Mu 6g (good quality)

Subsitutions:
For injury to the head, add Gao Ben 3g; for injury to the hands, add Gui Zhi 3g; for injury to the lower back, add Du Zhong 3g, for injury to the rib sides, add bai Jie Zi 3g; for injury to the legs, add Niu Xi 3g


Preparation: Place the ingredients into a bowl of liquor and water and boil until 60% is left and have the patient drink it.


Actions: Scatter Stasis and invigorate Blood
