Key Symptoms: Pain and bruising from traumatic injury
Secondary Symptoms: Can also be used for acute waist sprain and other acute musculoskeletal conditions.


Ingredients

Chuan Xiong 30g
Gui Zhi 30g
Hong Hua 30g
Tao Ren 30g
Xue Jie 30g
Zi Ran Tong 30g
Xu Duan 30g
Dang Gui 20g
Tu Bie Chong 20g
Mu Dan Pi 20g
Ru Xiang 20g
Mo Yao 20g
Ze Lan 40g
Chi Shao 40g
Fu Zi 15g
Gu Sui Bu 60g


Preparation: Decoct the ingredients and add to hot bath water.


Actions: Breaks up Blood Stasis and unblocks the channels and collaterals, strengthens the Sinews and Bones and expels Cold.

Contraindications: Herbal baths are not suitable for children, the elderly or seriously ill people. It is also not recommended for individuals who have a tendency to bleed easily, or who have heart, lung and kidney problems.
