Ingredients

Dong Gua Pi 300g
Fu Ling 300g
Mu Gua 100g
Zi Su Ye 100g
Chen Pi 100g


Preparation: Prepare a decoction with the ingredients. Water temperature should be lie between 39 - 42°C; soak for 10 minutes, then leave the bathtub to cool down for 3-5 minutes, repeat 4 times. A bath twice a day is recommended.


Actions: Transforms Dampness and regulates the Middle Jiao

Contraindications: Herbal baths are not suitable for children, the elderly or seriously ill people. It is also not recommended for individuals who have a tendency to bleed easily, or who have heart, lung and kidney problems.
