Ingredients

Qiang Huo 30g
Bai Zhi 12g
Huang Qin 15g


Preparation: Place the three ingredients into a container and pour over boiling water. Drink warm, 1 packet per day at any time.


Actions: Dispels Wind and scatters Cold

While Zong and Liscum (1996) are the published source, the formulas they present are simple folk remedies and likely much older.
