Stabilise the Yin Decoction

Pattern: Kidney Yin deficiency destabilising the Ren Mai and Chong Mai

Key Symptoms: Early or late menstrual periods that are scanty with light-coloured blood, light-headedness, tinnitus, lower back pain that can be severe, urinary frequency at night, soft stools.
Secondary Symptoms: Distention and a sensation of prolapse in the lower abdomen.

Pulse: Submerged and frail


Ingredients

Ren Shen 3-6g
Shu Di Huang 9-15g
Shan Yao 6g
Shan Zhu Yu 4.5g
Yuan Zhi 2.1g
Zhi Gan Cao 3-6g
Wu Wei Zi 3-6g
Tu Si Zi 6-9g


Preparation: Decoction.


Actions: Enriches and tonifies the Kidneys, regulates the Chong and Ren Mai.
