He Che Wan

Pattern: Jing deficiency with Phlegm

Key Symptoms: Night sweats, impotence, spermatorrhoea, cough (may be blood streaked), wheezing, weight loss, infertility, fatigue


Ingredients

Zi He Che 1pc
Fu Shen 30g
Fu Ling 30g
Yuan Zhi 30g
Ren Shen 15g
Dan Shen 21g

Subsitutions:
In the UK Zi He Che must be substituted. Various Kidney tonics that nourish Essence, Blood and Yin. Perhaps the simplest substitution would be Er Zhi Wan.


Preparation: Ground into a fine powder and made into pills with honey. 9g is taken every morning with some water.


Actions: Tonifies the Jing, transforms Phlegm
