Pattern: Liver Fire due to anger stagnating Liver Qi; Liver Fire attacking the Stomach

Key Symptoms: Abdominal pain, fullness and distention, epigastric pain, poor appetite, belching, heartburn
Secondary Symptoms: Dysmenorrhoea, irregular menstruation, amenorrhoea, early menstruation


Tongue: Red
Pulse: Slippery and rapid


Ingredients

Qing Pi 3-9g
Chen Pi 3-9g
Zhi Zi 3-12g
Mu Dan Pi 6-12g
Ze Xie 4.5-16g
Bai Shao 5-30g
Tu Bei Mu 6-15g


Preparation: Decoction.


Actions: Resolves Liver Qi Stagnation, Descends Rebellious Qi, Scatters Depressive Fire

Contraindications: Deficiency syndromes.
