Ingredients

Nan Sha Shen 10g
Bei Sha Shen 10g
Mai Men Dong 15g
Xi Yang Shen 6g
Wu Wei Zi 6g
Shi Gao 15g (raw)
Dan Zhu Ye 10g
Sang Ye 10g
Lu Gen 15g
Dan Shen 15g
Gan Cao 6g (raw)


Preparation: Decoction. Boiled with 400 ml water, half taken in the morning and half in the evening.


Actions: Tonifies Qi and Yin
