Ingredients

Sheng Jiang 3g
Zi Su Ye 3g


Preparation: Cut the ginger into tiny threads and place the ingredients in a cup. Pour over boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. Drink warm 1-2 times per day in the morning and afternoon.


Actions: Courses Wind and Scatters Cold, rectifies Qi and harmonises the Stomach

While Zong and Liscum (1996) are the published source, the formulas they present are simple folk remedies and likely much older.
