Key Symptoms: Aversion to Cold, fever, headache, cough and absence of sweating
Secondary Symptoms: Nausea, vomiting, abdominal distention, stomach pain


Ingredients

Sheng Jiang 3sl
Chi Sha Tang (to taste)


Preparation: Place ingredients in a cup and pour over boiling water. Drink warm 1-2 times per day at any time.


Actions: Promotes sweating and resolves the Exterior, warms the Middle Jiao and harmonises the Stomach



Notes:
While Zong and Liscum (1996) are the published source, the formulas they present are simple folk remedies and likely much older.
