Tian Nan Xing 9g
Ban Xia 50g
Da Ji 50g
Shan Ci Gu 50g
She Xiang 3g

Subsitutions:
In the UK Fu Zi and She Xiang must be substituted. For Fu Zi, Rou Gui or Gui Zhi might make a suitable substitution in this instance, also tonifying the Ming Men Fire but being acrid and Releasing the Exterior. For She Xiang, maybe Shi Chang Pu and Yuan Zhi can make a suitable substitution for dispelling Phlegm, Opening the Orifices of the Heart and reconnecting the Heart and Kidneys.

Preparation: All the herbs but She Xiang are ground together, with ground She Xiang added at the end. Make them into small cakes and dry in the shade. When encountering someone with the disease, dissolve one cake in a ginger decoction and have them drink it. They should vomit a bowlful of obstinate phlegm and then recover.

Actions: Purge Phlegm misting the Orifices of the Heart through vomiting.
