Pattern: Damp-Heat Skin Disorders

Key Symptoms: All types of skin disorders that present with weeping, erosion, heat, swelling, itching and pain.


Ingredients

Qing Dai 60g
Shi Gao 120g
Hua Shi 120g
Huang Bai 60g

Subsitutions:
Since this is applied externally no substitutions for Shi Gao and Hua Shi are necessary.


Preparation: Ground into a fine powder and either sprinkled directly onto damp sores or can be mixed with a variety of mediums to create a paste, salve or plaster.


Actions: Gathers in Dampness, relieves itching, clears Heat, resolves Toxicity
