Tao Ren 3g
Cang Zhu 3g
Fu Ling 2.1g
Niu Xi 3g
Wei Ling Xian 3g
Han Fang Ji 1.8g
Qiang Huo 1.8g
Fang Feng 1.8g
Long Dan Cao 1.8g
Bai Zhi 1.8g
Chen Pi 3g
Gan Cao 1.2g
Sheng Jiang 3sl


Preparation: Decoction.


Actions: Unblocks and relaxes the Channels, invigorates Blood

Contraindications: Pregnancy



Notes:
In the UK Han Fang Ji must be substituted with Yi Yi Ren and Hai Tong Pi.
