Ingredients

Xiang Ru 30g
Huo Xiang 30g
Pei Lan 30g
Zi Su Ye 30g
Bo He 20g
Jing Jie 20g
Ge Gen 20g
Gan Cao 20g
Huang Lian 9g


Preparation: Decoct and add to bath water. Adjust the water temperature below 35°C to make the whole body sweat. Take 1-2 times a day, at noon or dusk.


Actions: Releases the Exterior, Clears Summer Heat and Resolve Dampness

Contraindications: Herbal baths are not suitable for children, the elderly or seriously ill people. It is also not recommended for individuals who have a tendency to bleed easily, or who have heart, lung and kidney problems.
