Ingredients

Jing Jie 10g
Zi Su Ye 10g
Sheng Jiang 10g
Chi Sha Tang 30g
Cha Ye 6g


Preparation: Boil the herbs over a low heat for 15-20 minutes then add the brown sugar and remove from the heat once dissolved. Use one packet per day, taken twice daily.


Actions: Dispels Wind, scatters Cold and relieves pain



Notes:
While Zong and Liscum (1996) are the published source, the formulas they present are simple folk remedies and likely much older.
