Ren Shen 1.5g
Bai Zhu 3g
Fu Ling 2.4g
Cang Zhu 2.4g
Hou Po 2.4g (ginger juice fried)
Chen Pi 2.4g
Xiang Fu 2.4g (dry fried)
Bai Dou Kou 2.1g
Mu Xiang 1.5g
Sha Ren 2.4g
Zhi Gan Cao 1.5-3g
Da Zao 1.5-3g
Sheng Jiang 2sl


Preparation: Decoction.


Actions: Strengthens and harmonises the Spleen and Stomach, resolves Dampness
