Ingredients

Jing Jie Sui 60g
Bo He 60g
Qiang Huo 60g
Fang Feng 60g
Chuan Xiong 60g
Chan Tui 60g
Bai Jiang Can 60g
Fu Ling 60g
Chen Pi 15g
Hou Po 15g
Ren Shen 60g

Subsitutions:
In the UK some substitutions must be made:
Chan Tui == Bo He
Jiang Can == Tian Ma + Tian Zhu Huang


Preparation: Ground into a powder and given in 6g doses taken with green tea.


Actions: Disperses Wind-Dampness, regulates the Qi
