Pattern: Moderate Cold-Damp Stagnation in the Lung from Coronavirus infection

Key Symptoms: Low fever, submerged fever or absence of fever, dry cough, scanty sputum, fatigue, chest tightness, stuffy and full sensation in the stomach, or nausea

Tongue: Pale or red body with white or greasy coating
Pulse: Soggy


Ingredients

Cang Zhu 15g
Chen Pi 10g
Hou Po 10g
Huo Xiang 10g
Cao Guo 6g
Ma Huang 6g (raw)
Qiang Huo 10g
Sheng Jiang 10g
Bing Lang 10g

Subsitutions:
Several herbs have to be substituted in the UK but the formula can be used as a base with which to derive others.


Preparation: Decoction. Boiled with 400 ml water, taking 1/2 of the dose in the morning and 1/2.


Actions: Expels Cold and transforms Dampness, moves stagnation and stops coughing
