  1. Releases the Exterior and expels Wind-Cold
    Early stages of Wind-Cold with body aches, fever, chills and absence of sweating
  2. Invigorates the Blood and promotes menstruation
    Poor circulation with cold hands and feet
    Painful or irregular menstruation due to Cold obstructing the uterus
  3. Warms the Interior and Expels Cold
    Damp-Cold diarrhoea
    Wind-Cold-Damp Bi
