Traditional Actions/Indications:

  1. Releases the Exterior, clears Wind-Heat and transforms Lung Phlegm
    Fever, sore throat, common cold, bronchitis, sinusitis
    Pain from shingles, cold sores and genital herpes
  2. Tonifies the Heart and Lungs to support the Po
    Shortness of breath, gives "room to breathe" and release on physical and emotional level
    Mental fogginess, fatigue, poor focus, confusion and forgetfulness from unexpressed emotional issues
    Vague sensation that something wrong, pain with no identifiable cause
    Confusion, ambiguity or negativity
    Excessive caution, habit, fear or responsibility
    Feelings of being fragile, vulnerable or trapped
  3. Move Qi and Blood
    Muscular aches and pains, neuralgia, headaches
    Insect bites
  4. Kills Parasites
    As a wash for mite infested bedding

Cautions: Avoid taking internally in pregnancy, in children and babies or those with inflammation of the GI tract, liver or gallbladder. Do not apply to the face, especially in infants and young children.
