Traditional Actions/Indications:

  1. Releases the Exterior and expels Dampness
    Prevents Wen Qi (Pestilential Qi) due to Wind-Cold or Wind-Heat in those with chronic susceptibility to upper respiratory tract infections
    Injuries and scars, sores and fissures
  2. Harmonises the Middle Jiao
    Vomiting, nausea
    Lethargy, fatigue, chronic indigestion, abdominal distention, diarrhoea
    Haemorrhoids, varicose veins
    Obsessive thoughts, worry, confused thinking
  3. Transforms Dampness
    Water retention
    Fungal skin infections, ringworm, sores, eczema, acne, oily skin, dandruff
  4. Releases pent-up emotion due to alchemical distillation
    Apply 5% dilution to Shanzhong Ren-17 or Jiuwei Ren-15
    Anxiety, fearfulness, worry, insomnia, mental agitation
    Restlessness, fatigue, insomnia
    Feelings of disconnection, over-sensitivity, sensory-emotional inhibition, loss of libido
