Pattern: Stomach Cold in children

Key Symptoms: Vomiting that is neither sour nor foul-smelling (especially vomiting in the evening of that which was eaten in the morning), undigested particles of food in the stool, cold extremities, pale complexion and lips.
Secondary Symptoms: Emaciation, fatigue, loss of appetite

Tongue: Pale red with white coating that may be thick, greasy or wet
Pulse: Submerged and thin, frail, thin and forceless, slow and frail
Abdomen: Hard focal distention in the epigastrium, weak and cold abdomen


Ingredients

Ding Xiang 1-3g
Wu Zhu Yu 1-3g
Gan Jiang 9g
Ren Shen 9g
Bai Zhu 9g
Zhi Gan Cao 9g


Preparation: Decoction.


Actions: Warms the middle Jiao, strengthens the Spleen and Stomach

Contraindications: Externally contracted disorders with fever, Yin deficiency, excess conditions
