Pattern: Exterior Wind-Cold with Qi constraint on the Interior

Key Symptoms: Lack of appetite, belching, focal distention and a stifling sensation in the chest and epigastrium

Tongue: White coating
Pulse: Floating


Ingredients

Zi Su Ye 6-9g
Xiang Fu 6-9g
Chen Pi 3-6g
Zhi Gan Cao 3-6g


Preparation: Grind into a powder and take as a draft in 3-6g doses three times per day. May also be prepared as a decoction with the dosages given above.


Actions: Regulates the Qi and releases the Exterior
