Traditional Actions/Indications:
  1. Induces sweating and releases the exterior (unblocks the muscle layer)
    Wind-Heat with body aches and anhidrosis
  2. Vents rashes and relieves itching
    Hastens the full expression of measles or other rashes to hasten the resolution of the disease
    Wind rash
  3. Promotes urination and reduces swelling
    Hot superficial edema (primarily in the upper body with urinary difficulty)

Suggested Daily Dosage: 3-10g, or up to 20 in severe cases.


Cautions: Not suitable for spontaneous sweating due to exterior deficiency.
