- Dispels Wind-Dampness and strengthens tendons and bones
Rheumatic arthritis, sores and weakness of low back and knees
Suggested Daily Dosage: Soaked in wine, or stir-baked into charcoal, pounded into powder and taken in 1.5-3g doses.
