Traditional Actions/Indications:
  1. Harmonises the Middle Jiao
    Flatulence, weak digestion, obesity
  2. Softens hardness and promotes urination
    Kidney or bladder stones, rough urination with sediment
  3. Nourishes Liver Blood and Yin
    Fatigue, slow wound healing, painful joints and bleeding gums due to scurvy (vitamin C deficiency)

Suggested Daily Dosage: 9-15g in decoction.
