- Harmonises the Middle Jiao
Flatulence, weak digestion, obesity
- Softens hardness and promotes urination
Kidney or bladder stones, rough urination with sediment
- Nourishes Liver Blood and Yin
Fatigue, slow wound healing, painful joints and bleeding gums due to scurvy (vitamin C deficiency)
Suggested Daily Dosage: 9-15g in decoction.
