Traditional Actions/Indications:
- Tonifies the Kidneys, all the three treasures (Qi, Jing and Shen), Yin and Yang
Weakness, fatigue, dizziness, tinnitus
Poor immune system
Low sex drive, impotence, nocturnal emissions
Low mood, insomnia and dream disturbed sleep
- Dredges the meridians, resolves toxicity and disperses swelling
Rheumatic arthritis (Bi Syndrome), pain and swelling of the joints
Suggested Daily Dosage: Ground into powder and taken in two doses of half a teaspoon per day, or made into pills, or soaked in wine.
