  1. Calm Rebellious Stomach Qi
    Nausea and/or vomiting associated with nervous tension, travel sickness, pregnancy or inner ear disorders
    This is the primary anti-nausea herb in western phytotherapy
  2. Calm the Spirit
    Anxiety, nervous tension, sleep disturbance

Suggested Daily Dosage: 6-12g in decoction.
