This is the primary anti-nausea herb in western phytotherapy

Anxiety, nervous tension, sleep disturbance
Suggested Daily Dosage: 6-12g in decoction.

Actions have been taken from Ross (2010), Combining Western Herbs and Chinese Medicine: A Clinical Materia Medica. This is not used in Chinese medicine so the Chinese name has been deduced from internet searches of Chinese sites selling this herb which also gave the English and Latin names.
