- Regulates and tonifies Blood
Internally for irregular menstruation and Blood deficiency
Externally for arthritis and traumatic injury
Suggested Daily Dosage: Cooked for eating or soaked in wine for drinking.
Cautions: It is contraindicated in case of overabundance of yang and blood dryness.
