Suggested Daily Dosage: 15-30g (1-2 tbsp) of jelly extract, prepared by soaking the dried herb in water until it doubles in size and then blending into a paste. Can also be bought as powder with appropriate dosage reduction by approx 1/3 (2-3 teaspoons).
