  1. Nourishes Kidney Blood and Yin, strengthens Yang and replenishes the body
    Cold extremities, impotence, greying hair

    Hypertension, tendency to form blood clots
    Menstrual pain due to Cold in the uterus, post-partum recovery
    Poor immunity, recovery from sickness
    Constipation
  2. Dispels Wind and clears Heat
    Bronchitis, pneumona
    Mastitis
    Redness and inflammation of the eyes
  3. Benefits the Gallbladder and alleviates Jaundice
    Jaundice
  4. Expels Parasites and alleviates itching
    Intestinal worms
    Skin disorders such as scabies and itching (topical, using decoction as a wash)

Suggested Daily Dosage: 6-9g in decoction or eaten as food.


Cautions: Caution in Yin Deficiency. Do not mix with alcohol.
