Traditional Actions/Indications:
  1. Dispels Wind-Dampness and strengthens the sinews and bones
    Wind-Cold-Damp Bi with pain spasms or numbness (superficial or deep)
    Weakness or softness in the sinews or bones
  2. Promotes Qi flow
    Pain and swelling due to traumatic injury

Suggested Daily Dosage: 9-15g in decoction.


Cautions: It is contraindicated for yin-deficiency with excessive heat. Avoid eating raddish when using it.
