  1. Nourishes Blood and breaks up stagnation

    Hot flashes and night sweats due to Empty Heat
    Hearing loss

  3. Clear Heat in the Blood and calms the Shen
    Blood deficiency due to Blood Heat with scanty but frequent menses, dizziness, headaches and hypertension (high blood pressure)
    Bone spurs due to Blood Toxins
    Emotional distress, insomnia, irritability, restlessness, Dian Kuang, depression, anxiety
  4. Regulates the Liver and subdues Yang
    Facial tics, tremors
    Plumstone Qi, sore throat with hoarseness

Suggested Daily Dosage: Usually used externally, or as an elixir by steeping the cleaned stone in 1L water for 8-12 hours and drinking 100ml per dose.


Cautions: Low blood pressure. Chemical composition can vary so caution should be taken with internal use.
