Traditional Actions/Indications:
- Clears Heat and resolves Toxicity, disinhibit the throat and alleviates pain
Swelling pain in throat
Welling abscesses and flat abscesses with clove sores
Diarrhoea, dysentery, burning pain in the epigastrium and abdomen
Suggested Daily Dosage: 3-9g in decoction, or applied externally, or powdered and blown down the throat.
Notes:
The name "Green Ox Bile" comes from it having similar properties and indications to ox bile.
