Notes:

Wu Yu is an old name for cuttlefish (烏魚, lit. dark-fish) and more commonly referred to as Mo Yu (墨魚, lit. ink-fish) today. It should not be confused with Mullet which is also konwn as Wu Yu (烏魚) and whose roe is called Wu Yu Zi (烏魚子) or Karasumi in Japanese.
